User Experience Design for General Motors with Leo Burnett / Digitas

Zachary provided user centered design leadership in a combined agency and client team. Together, the team engineered solutions on the Buick brand site for better customer engagement and sales growth. As Senior User Experience Designer, he was a leading exponent of improving end-usability, site performance and WCAG compliance. By requesting and analyzing user research to design user centered solutions, Zachary held the team to the highest possible production standards within the General Motors brand message, styles, and development environment.

Zachary’s thorough attention to the smallest details produced working design layouts that utilized CSS with presentational and functionality documentation for the authoring team. Zachary also led the improvement of rich pre-production prototypes using Webflow CMS, HTML and CSS. Zachary provided creative direction, reviewing and providing feedback on the development of the component system, navigation, branding, use of imagery, and video editing.
